Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival 2011 Every summer, Brooklyn Bodega puts on a serious lineup of events for hip hop culture.  From art shows, Salute the DJ, Show and Prove, Family Day, Recognition Awards (Awards Presentation), an Education Initiative and finally, it all wraps up with a long list of performers for the hip hop main stage.  Rain or shine, the event is at Empire State Park in DUMBO, Brooklyn.   Don't mean to alarm you though because it's set to be about 84 degrees and sunny!  The site is a great place for a laid back day in the park, but for the BKHF (Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival), it turns into the ideal spot for an event.  The location is right between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges in DUMBO, Brooklyn.

I've written about some of the artists before, but I put together a quick (very quick) series of videos from the artists set to perform at the BKHF 2011.  If you're around NYC tomorrow, it's worth your time to make it out.  It should be a great time!
