Notable Projects
Ra Ra Room - We designed a VVIP restaurant in the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Designed for the Suns organization with Major Food Group, the timeline required flexibility and innovation of the owner, operator, contractor and us as the designers. The members only restaurant exceeds high expectations and opened in Fall 2024.
Delta One Lounge at JFK - The first premium lounge for Delta opened at Terminal 4 at New York City’s JFK airport early in the 2024 summer. The lounge offers a bar, a restaurant operated by Restaurant Associates, a series of lounges, a business center, cafe, terrace and a large restroom/shower complex. We designed the lounge with the Delta design team and saw the project through construction which presented an array of architectural challenges.
Saks Fifth Avenue - This was first time the entire flagship store has been renovated. We served as the designer and architect of record for the cellar, first, second, third, fourth, fifth and terrace projects. We also acted as the architect of record for the escalator project designed by OMA and L’Avenue restaurant designed by Phillipe Starck where I was the senior project architect and project manager.
Sparks Park/Tech Incubator - The project consists of the renovation of a 30,000 ft2 industrial building in the Bronx to serve as a tech hub and incubator for a solar panel manufacturing and installation company. It was designed to be the largest commercial Passive House project in the United States.
Rector Square Condominiums - A full gut renovation of 220 units in New York City’s Battery Park created inviting amenity spaces for the residents at Rector Square emphasizing modern lines and natural materials.
400 Fifth Avenue - Acting as the designer for all interiors of the 58 story, ground-up building, we designed all spaces of the hotel including the restaurant, lobby bar, conference floor, spa, salon, guest rooms and condominiums.
Andaz Papagayo - Acting as the designer for this luxury, ground-up resort in Costa Rica, we designed all spaces including the guest rooms, restaurants, lounges and reception.
21 West Water - This ground-up condo building maximized efficiency for the developers by fitting as many units that could comfortably fit while maintaining a luxurious interior aesthetic in Sag Harbor, New York.
Made Market - A unique opportunity to work on the branding design in conjunction with setting this newly re-branded service provided by Double Tree Hotels. This project first designed 3 levels of interventions and then proceeded to build.
